With experience supporting private clients and managing projects on their behalf, we bring a practical understanding of construction processes and strong relationships with local contractors, builders, and industry professionals. This allows us to help assemble the right teams, streamline communication, and ensure projects move forward efficiently.

Who I Am:
Based in Carmel, Cypress & Stone Advisory provides dedicated Owner’s Representation and project oversight for high-end residential and estate properties throughout the Central Coast. I bring direct experience managing private estates and serving as an Owner’s Representative for a private family in Carmel, where I oversaw projects, coordinated contractors, and ensured that every detail aligned with the owner’s expectations.
My professional background also includes more than a decade working with high-net-worth families in Beverly Hills and Malibu, where discretion, trust, and attention to detail were essential. This experience shaped my approach to client relationships and reinforced the importance of professionalism, privacy, and clear communication.
For over three years, I worked with Simpson Strong-Tie, one of the nation’s leading manufacturers of structural building solutions. In that role, I partnered closely with builders, contractors, engineers, and architects, gaining valuable insight into construction processes, structural systems, and project coordination. I have since transitioned into an Area Sales Manager role with a leading composite/PVC building products manufacturer, continuing to work closely with construction professionals throughout the industry.
Education & Training:
I hold a Master of Advanced Study (MAS) from the University of California, Irvine, where my studies focused on managing people, risk, and complex environments with professionalism and discretion.
To further expand my technical expertise, I am currently pursuing a Construction Management Certificate through UCLA, with an expected completion date of June 2026.
In addition to my academic training, I served as an Owner’s Representative for a private family office in Carmel, where I helped oversee residential projects, coordinate contractors and vendors, and ensure that construction and property improvements aligned with the owner’s expectations.
My time at Simpson Strong-Tie also provided extensive hands-on exposure to construction practices, structural systems, and contractor coordination through close collaboration with builders, engineers, architects, and distributors—experience that directly informs my work today as an owner’s representative.
My Approach:
Every project and estate is unique. My role is to serve as a trusted advocate for the owner, helping ensure that projects are executed efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with the client’s vision.
I work closely with contractors, consultants, and vendors to coordinate schedules, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication throughout the project. Above all, I prioritize discretion, accountability, and attention to detail, so clients can feel confident their project is being managed with care.
