Project closeout management

The end of construction is its own phase. Cypress & Stone oversees final walkthroughs, documentation, and punch-list completion so the transition at the end of the project is orderly.

Closeout is finished when the remaining items are listed, assigned, and done, and you have the documents that go with the house.
